On April 11-12, 2015 Cornerstone Horsemanship will be hosting a ranch versatility/ stock horse clinic. It will be geared towards riders wanting to compete in ranch horse classes and stock horse competitions. It will also be  beneficial for those competing in cowboy challenges. Classes addressed will include Ranch Riding (formerly known as Ranch Horse Pleasure), Ranch Cutting, Ranch Trail, Ranch Reining, Ranch Roping, and Working Cow Horse. The clinic will include:

  • an emphasis on good horsemanship and well rounded, dependable horses as well as a discussion on the elements of a good ranch/stock horse and proper equipment
  • how to maximize scores through presentation and precision
  •  work with the mechanical cow and live cattle/buffalo
  • a photographer on site
  • primitive camping available
  • cowboy church Sunday morning at 9:00
