Bridgewater College announces the addition of Dressage and Eventing Team

The Bridgewater College equestrian program has announced the addition of two new teams beginning this fall. A dressage team and an eventing team will be offered alongside the program’s IHSA (Intercollegiate Horse Show Association) team.

Located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, the college is ideally situated to take advantage of the outstanding eventing community in Northern Virginia and the competition hub of the Virginia Horse Center in Lexington.

Airfield Western Dressage Series

The Airfield Western Dressage Series will begin this month on May 23-24th, 2015. The shows will be held at the Airfield 4-H Conference Center at 15189 Airfield Rd. Wakefield, VA 23888. Saturday May 23rd will include a clinic, Fix-A-Test, and cookout. Sunday May 24th will include performances of tests and opportunity to qualify for Year-End rewards .
