Hunter Show at EKG Stables

EKG Stables at Hill Valley Farm Winter Hunter Show Series continues Feb. 23, 2014 in Spotsylvania, Va. The VHSA-associate and BHSA show begins with open schooling from 7 a.m.–8:45 a.m. and short/pre-short stirrup schooling from 8:45 a.m.–9 a.m.; the show starts at 9 a.m. This month’s judge is DeDe Shumate. Carriage Clinic Feb. 8, 2014

A Carriage Clinic with Tracey Morgan is scheduled for Feb. 8, 2014 at Morven Park Equestrian Center, Leesburg, Va. Equine Educational Seminars at Morven Park this winter

January 16 will be the day for the first of three seminars at Morven Park with Dr. Jay Joyce of Total Equine Vets. This seminar is full but you can still register for the Feb. 20th or March 20th session.

The Feb. 20, 2014 seminar will address Senior Horse Management – Maintaining the health of older equines.

On March 20, 2014 the seminar will cover the Biomechanics of Equine Movement – Form and Function.
